• You can delete your account directly from the User Profile section in the app
• When you delete your account:
- Your personal information (name, email, avatar) is immediately removed
- Your account is marked as deleted and cannot be recovered
- Game statistics are anonymized and retained for service improvement
- If you sign in again with the same Apple ID, a new account will be created

• Physical data deletion occurs within 90 days for compliance and backup purposes

LandmarkerX is suitable for all ages. For users under 13:

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately
• Parents can contact us to request deletion of their child's data

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and data directly from the app or by contacting us
• Opt out of analytics (where technically feasible)
